Parking Garages

West Road Garage

7 levels for permit parking are located in the center of the main campus closest to the Danna Center.

Freret Street Garage

4 levels for permit parking are located closest to the residential halls on the main campus. The Sports Complex is on the 5th floor of the garage.

Surface Parking Lots

Main Campus

North Road- Permit required. Permit types eligible: Employee/ Commuter, as well as ParkMobile.

West Road @ Stallings, Music Circle - Permit required. Permit types eligible: Employee/ Commuter, only.

Horseshoe Lot - Restricted parking for designated personnel within the Presidential Suite, Admissions authorized guests, and Thomas Hall Administration; permit required. 5:00 pm - 11:59 pm daily: All other permit holders eligible, excludes Admissions parking spaces and Resident permit holders.

East Road - Restricted for University-owned vehicles and/or vendors upon authorization by Parking Services Dept.

Broadway Campus

(Broadway Access required with Permit)

Cabra Bay - Permit required. Resident permit type only.

Greenville Lot, Pine Street Lot - Permit required. Resident/Employee; Commuters after 3 pm.

Law Garage - Permit required. Employee only.

Lowerline Lot - Permit required. Employee only; Commuters after 4 pm

Veritas Lot - Designated parking permit access per the authorization of Parking Services Department

Handicap Parking

Individuals parking in a handicapped parking space must display a regular Loyola University parking permit along with a valid state-issued handicapped license plate or placard. In order to legally utilize a designated handicapped parking space, the vehicle must be used for the transportation of the person for whom the handicapped license plate or placard was issued. Handicapped persons are eligible to park in any university parking area with a valid university parking permit. Such permit holders are requested to park in HANDICAPPED RESERVED spaces, when available, before parking in any other space.

EV Parking

Fully electric vehicles owned by a Loyola University community member may utilize the charging stations located on the Main campus or the Broadway campus with a valid Loyola parking permit. These spaces are available for a maximum use of 2 consecutive charging hours. These spaces are not considered regular parking spaces. Upon completion of charging a vehicle, the owner must relocate to the appropriate designated parking locations based on the type of parking permit. Vehicles found in violation will be issued a parking citation and/or immobilized, which does incur a financial fine.
