Residents are students that live in a residence hall: Biever, Buddig, Carrollton, Founders or Cabra.
Commuters do not live on campus and travel to and from their residence.
Law Day and Graduate Counseling Commuter Students receive a discount as access to parking on Main Campus Only is available (excludes Horseshoe Lot) before 4pm daily. Evening parking permit begins at 4pm and the rate is not discounted.

Available for purchase on August 1 with an expiration of August 31 of the following year.
