Shuttle Services

In an effort to provide the best possible service to our students, we offer a free shuttle service available during the fall and spring semesters. We offer regular shuttle service between the Main and Broadway campuses, as well as on-demand services. Our hours for both services are listed below.

*An accessible vehicle is available if needed, please call 504-865-3100 for further information.  To ensure a safe and reliable transport, this transition may include a brief delay as the driver breaks from the standard route to swap the vehicle, complete a safety inspection, and prepare it for use. Although this may add a few minutes to response time, accessibility is a priority.

                                                        LOYNO ID cards are required. CDC Guidelines for public transportation are encouraged.  

The shuttle departs from the Main Campus at the top of the hour and at 30 minutes past the hour.
The shuttle departs from the Broadway Campus at 15 and 45 minutes past the hour.

On-Demand Service is available Monday through Friday from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM.

Please note: Saturday service has a modified schedule.

 

                         

               

                                              

Regular Shuttle Service

During the fall and spring semesters Monday through Friday, the shuttle will run between Main and Broadway Campuses. The shuttle does not run during the summer semester. The shuttle is primarily used to transport students between Main Campus and Broadway Campuses.

On-Demand Service

We offer an On-Demand Service (ODS) route at the times listed below. The ODS allows students to call 504-865-3100 and request a shuttle to take them to various locations within the designated shuttle service area. The rider must be at the designated shuttle stops for pick up. If a rider is delayed, it will delay all other passengers.

Walmart Supercenter, 5110 Jefferson Hwy. Harahan (SATURDAYS ONLY)
Rouses Market, 4645 Freret St., available OD as designated.
Winn-Dixie, 5400 Tchoupitoulas St., available OD as designated.
Whole Foods Market, 5600 Magazine St., available OD as designated.
Other requested locations within the designated area may be considered based on availability.
