Found Property

The Loyola University Police Department makes every effort to connect found property with the rightful owner. In cases that an owner can be identified, such as a found credit card or identification card, a member of the police department will send an email message to the owner if part of the Loyola University community.

Typically, found property is held for 150 days in accordance with Louisiana law. Perishable items, contraband, or those deemed dangerous will immediately be disposed of for the safety of our campus. After 150 days, the property will be disposed of in a manner deemed acceptable by the department.

This list will be updated on a weekly basis. If you are the owner of a listed piece of property, please make an appointment to claim said property by emailing police@loyno.edu.
